“How Educators Use VariQuest Tools to Transform Teaching & Learning”

Introduction

In August 2025, VariQuest conducted a focused efficacy study with eight educators representing diverse grade levels, schools, and years of teaching experience. None had prior exposure to VariQuest tools. Over the course of the study, participants used the Perfecta® Poster Design System, Cutout Maker 2800 Digital Die-Cut Machine, Motiva® Specialty Printer, Cold Laminator, and VariQuest Design Center featuring Engage Every Learner® Content to create classroom-ready resources.

The goal? To uncover honest opinions from educators just like you, on how VariQuest tools would impact teaching efficiency, student engagement, and the overall school community.

The Challenge

Educators across the nation face growing demands: balancing instructional best practices with administrative tasks, creating engaging learning environments, and addressing the diverse needs of students. Teachers often spend significant time hand-making classroom visuals and resources—time that could otherwise be spent on lesson planning, direct instruction, or personalized support.

The Solution: The VariQuest Suite

Through hands-on use of VariQuest tools, participating teachers were able to quickly design and produce posters, cutouts, cue cards, stickers, and laminated materials tailored to their classrooms. Key benefits emerged across three main areas:

1. Instructional Efficiency & Time Savings 

Educators reported that VariQuest streamlined preparation:

• Teachers could spend less time hand-making posters and instead focus on best instructional practices.
• The Cutout Maker was described as a “game changer”—faster and more precise than a Cricut®.

2. Student Engagement & Social-Emotional Support

Participants highlighted how inclusive, customizable visuals boosted both academic and emotional outcomes:

• English and Spanish versions of templates helped multilingual learners.
• Emotional regulation posters and SEL resources supported calm spaces and community-building.
• Teachers noted students gained confidence through visuals that reinforced key concepts and celebrated diversity.

3. Community Connection & Inclusivity

The vibrant, high-quality graphics resonated beyond the classroom:

• Parents would notice professional-grade posters and displays.
• Schools would become more welcoming, with visuals that reflected students’ identities and cultures.

Results & Educator Feedback

The response from the study was overwhelmingly positive:

• Nearly all participants said they would recommend VariQuest to colleagues and administrators.
• Educators valued the user-friendliness, versatility, and time-saving design of the tools.
• Teachers envisioned using VariQuest for bulletin boards, student work inspiration, classroom management visuals, name tags, and community-building displays.

One participant summed it up:

“It seems like a no-brainer to go with VariQuest. If schools have the money, there is no reason why they shouldn’t have these in their spaces.”

Conclusion

The study demonstrated that VariQuest tools deliver measurable impact across classrooms, schools, and communities. By reducing teacher workload, increasing student engagement, and enhancing school environments, VariQuest positions itself as not just a product suite—but a transformative resource for education.

As one teacher put it:

“I was blown away by the VariQuest tools. Five minutes in and I felt like a pro. They’re capable of doing really complex things, but the user-friendliness was through the roof.”
